On Saturday, March 4, from 9 a.m. to noon, the Vallejo Watershed Alliance is delighted to partner with the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Management and GVRD for the MLK Day of Service Wildfire Prevention Project. We’ll be removing dead vegetation, aka fire fuel, in the Blue Rock Springs Corridor. Park at the main Hanns lot at 198 Skyline off Redwood Parkway. Follow the signs up the trail to the work area. On Saturday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to noon, meet us at the boat launch in Dan Foley Community Park (photo above) at 1461 N. Camino Alto.
