Saturday, February 21, 2026 | 9:00 to 11:30 am
The Vallejo Watershed Alliance is delighted to continue our partnership with the Solano Resource Conservation District (RCD), Greater Vallejo Recreation District (GVRD), and the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation as we move forward with the habitat enhancement project at Glen Cove Waterfront Park. This workday will include planting native pollinator plants, with a beach cleanup available for those who prefer to pick up litter instead.
This workday is great for families, and we welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities! We would love your help in getting the park ready for Spring!
Additional Information: Please wear comfortable warm clothes (think layers!), sturdy closed-toe shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and gloves. We will provide water, refreshments, and tools. All volunteers who have not yet done so will have to sign a waiver for 2026. Volunteers under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
For questions or to RSVP, please email info@vallejowatershedalliance.org or call 707-652-7812.
