Vallejo Watershed Alliance Annual Meeting

Saturday, August 21      9 a.m. to Noon

Dan Foley Cultural Center, Vista Room

1499 North Camino Alto, Vallejo

One of Vallejo’s gems, Lake Chabot is a 55-acre reservoir, a beautiful spot enjoyed by walkers, fishermen, picnickers and more. Please  join us to learn about the lake, its history, and the results of our recent public use survey. Representatives from the Greater Vallejo Recreation District, Friends of Lake Chabot, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District, City of Vallejo and Solano Resource Conservation District will be on hand to share their roles and answer questions.

We’ll start at 9:00 with refreshments and introductions, with time to explore maps and other information about this watershed. The program will run from 9:15 until 11:00, when we’ll address group questions and suggestions. If time permits, Vallejo Watershed Alliance members will calendar activities for the next twelve months after that discussion. Members of the public are invited to come for the presentations or stay for the entire time.

RSVP to Info@VallejoWatershedAlliance.org or (707) 652-7812.

Free refreshments and parking.
